1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clave AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Clave AI is a mobile and desktop application that enables users to connect to remote servers via SSH, interact with Claude AI for software development, manage files, and synchronize settings across devices.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Clave AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Clave AI offers a subscription-based service with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or servers
• Use the service to transmit malware or malicious code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to mine cryptocurrency without server owner consent

6. Server Access

You are solely responsible for the servers you connect to through Clave AI. We are not responsible for any actions taken on your servers, data loss, or security breaches resulting from your use of the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Claude AI outputs are provided "as-is". You are responsible for reviewing and validating any code, commands, or suggestions before execution. We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

Clave AI, its design, features, and content are owned by Novpix LLC. Code you create using our service belongs to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

Novpix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Clave AI, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or security incidents.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
