How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Clave AI account and all associated data at any time using one of the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion

• Open Clave AI
• Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
• Scroll down and tap Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion when prompted

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to info@claveai.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile and authentication data
• All saved server configurations
• Chat sessions and history
• Device links and sync data
• MCP server configurations
• Custom rules and skills
• Subscription information

Timeline

Account deletion is processed immediately. All data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Active subscriptions will be cancelled but you may need to also cancel through the App Store or Google Play to stop future charges.
